Preorders are purchases for merchandise that is not yet in stock. By placing a preorder, you are guaranteed to receive the product--as long as the manufacturer is able to fulfill our production request.

**Important Note** Preorders must be placed separately from other shopping of in-stock items. If you combine your shopping cart, then the in-stock items may be held until the Preorder items arrive after August.

When you purchase a Preorder item, you pay 60% of the list price as a deposit. The remaining 40% is charged after August 1st (8/1/2010).

If you cancel a Preorder, you will receive a deposit refund.

Whenever possible, we will accommodate requests for size changes. Preorder items, once shipped to you, can be returned like any other merchandise for a full refund.

If a manufacturer fails to ship an order to us, you will be refunded the full purchase price & shipping.

To search for just the preorders available in your child's size, click to the search page and type the word Preorder in the "Search by Word/Phrase" box and then select your child's size from the pull down menu!

Season Specific Information for Fall 2010:

• Items will ship between 9/1 and 11/15.
• Christmas outfits may ship as late as 11/15. Please plan photos/events accordingly.
• Items not shipped by 11/15 will be cancelled and your card automatically refunded.
• Items labeled as "Fall 2010 Preorder" are still being manufactured and are not available for immediate shipment.
• Enter code PREORDER in the yellow coupon box during checkout to pay the correct deposit amount. If you fail to enter the coupon, the entire amount will be charged; no temporary refunds (40%) will be processed if this happens.
